saw them down here in SD on friday..

i was kinda disappointed, Gabriel did everything while dave just stood there beyond cracked out "acting" like he was mixing when Gabriel was doing everything with his macbook

to give dave credit though, it seemed like he woke up around 230am because right around then he looked wide awake and was actually mixing

i wonder if they opened the Vangaurds set with the Axwell remic of the hard fi track?

lol about the picture.....did you all like the set last night? i thought it was awesome in the beginning but then trailed off to some slow beats, then they started good beats again when i left around 2:30/3 am.

he's mixing, i have the same ableton set up when i play... no mixing is being down in ableton besides fx and what not. each track is routed to its own channel on the mixer

So are you personally mixing or does the program mix for you? Is that cheating as a DJ? So anyone can make a playlist and tell the program what to play and what to mix? Maybe I should become a DJ then. (Since there is a shortage in LA).
