I lol'd, hard.

Yeah it's pretty sad on a deeper level. Actually made me feel pretty cold inside. But on a simple humour level, it's loltastic.

I don't think it's simple at all - I think it's clever as hell, way more deep than most internet humor.

It's like the Daily Show - brilliant and hilarious because it goes right the core of a serious social ill in this country. Depressingly hilarious.

I didn't mean that the humour itself was simple.

Lol, I thought it was a legitimate question!

If you're not familiar with the source material, it's not gonna make sense.

Still waiting for the dude to say that he got this off of 4chan, the other night.

I blame myself. I should have put a comma between simple and humour. OH WHERE IS EXTREMUM WHEN I NEED HIM??

Heh, "mom says the pills must be working."

Would that be Desoxyn?

No you idiots...once he was on drugs that took his imagination away, he was no longer a child...and his best friend was just another lifeless stuffed animal.

Posted by Yan on Aug-28-2007 22:20:

Methinks he took ADD medication.

I laughed pretty hard when he said, "Yeah I know...mom says the pills must be working", and at how crazy focused he is. It's funny if you've ever known someone on ADD meds, because it's so true.

I also laugh at the fact that it IS a sad truth for many children. It's not the idea that's funny...just that it's so common that it can be poked fun at in a comic.

And yeah it's kinda funny that Hobbes turns back into a toy. Pwned!
