It's OK if the government wants to control peoples' lives. But making them seek approval for reincarnation is beyond ludicrous.

This thread is about communist china. Plz discuss your methods of attempting reincarnation if you were a buddhist monk trying to break the draconian law of seeking government approval to initiate the process of.
What if you die in China but are reincarnated in Nepal or vice versa? Are we even sure which jurisdiction the reincarnation takes place?
