Room for rent, downtown T.O.

Are you, or do you know anyone (cool, mature & responsible) looking for a place? The 2nd bedroom in my Cabbagetown apartment is currently vacant, & I need a roomie. This 'funky' pad is totally furnished & stocked, so I'm looking for someone who only has enough to fill their bedroom. Me: F, 30, non-smoker. Rent is $450 + 1/2 of utilities Anyone allergic to cats need not apply.

HAha, and just last week...I started to seriously consider the fact of moving out. $450 rent? Is that half of the rent, or the total? And I'm not allergic to cats...hehe, in fact, I like them a whole lot more than dogs....

I'm stickin around here, living with mommy till I finish high school though, cuz its so close but after that, I'd wanna move, cuz my job and college are both downtown...

you should try checking off campus wanted postings.. there are a lot that pop up at my school (Ryerson) and UofT also .. just check their websites. You'll prolly have a much easier time finding someone to rent or sublet or whatever u need especially at this time of year when school is almost done. hope this helps..

just found out today i am moving out July 1st.

So people the corner of Perth and Bloor (first street east of Dundas West)
is the new party capitol of toronto since i am living with a rock band now... pretty funny.
