I didn't like most of the tracks apart from: The Bongo Man - I Am Computer (Vibrant Version), but that's just cause I love the bongo man.

Not my thing I must say, as summerish as it was, not for me!

Can't really comment on the mixing I guess either, not that really matters, good flow though, the order of the tracks made perfect sense. Artwork is cool, but totally unrelated to the mix, so, yeah, my review is:

Thanks for the listen, shame you didn't like it, but then again, I'm never suprised when you say it.

As for the artwork, it's related- related in more than one way, maybe just not in the simplistic, summer mix = palm trees kind of way.

Thanks for the the review Erika!

If you mixed your mixes with only me in mind you'd please far less people me thinks, I've liked other stuff you've done but the house trip you've been on lost me I 'spose.

You should have busted out the Benny Benassi vs Public Enemy tune, would have pwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwnd.

This isn't really my style of music but I did enjoy it. When discussing it with Greg last week, i told him it was fun and had a very 80's feel to it. This is where the idea behind the art came. I suggested a picture of Greg with a flava flav clock, but he just didn't have one. The more i lisen, the more I think this is just fun music to party to. Don't expect afterhours music, and listen to this outside while BBQ'ing with some friends. I guarantee you whatever members of the fairer sex that are there will get down to this.(if music make ladies shake their asses without playing pacman +83453858) You have to remember not everyone is edm nuts like us Alex, and this set helps bridge the gap. It makes it more accessible and that can't be a bad thing. (He doesn't play any cheesy shit that the usual mainstreamish DJ's do.) You did a good job Greg! Some people still like house house and they will probably really enjoy a fresh set like this. Fun stuff.

that being said you better fucking listen to mine for making me listen to God is a DJ. You even had me doing a fistpump with the laidback luke remix.

You pretty much summed up the mix right there Allen, in a much better way than I could have.

First time I've heard your beats actually.. this set put me in two different frames of mind.. first part is some very delicious house funk, kinda like Herbie Hancock meets Blondie.. so ANF was correct on that 80s comparison. Excellent stuff. The last part put me in a big room late hours mood, you really showed your versatility here.

While the middle tracks kinda broke the strong start for me a bit, I was impressed overall. I can see that you really know how to work a floor when you do. Nice job!

I was internet-less for two weeks, but i'm back now (i dont know how i'm still alive)... so i've only just had a chance to check this out.

That being said; I think this is my favourite mix of yours so far, keep it up because they're keepin me happy

Oh and nice track btw... Erika isn't the only one who likes it
