Review: Nathalie and Graham's 4th Annual BBQ
Wow, what a day!
Got there at about 11.30 and Nat had everything more thn under control. Vince started us off with some brilliant techno that had us all bobbing up and down whilst finishing setting up.
The dj talent today was brilliant and I can honestly say that the mix flowed beautifully. I am sorry I missed Dan but Jeff finished it off for me.
I am not going to go through all the djs but I would like to say that I didn't stop dancing, either foot-tapping or bum wiggling all day.
Thanks Nat, what a great job you did again. Graham was greatly missed.

Ode to Nathalie
Tonight was something I don't do much.
Cry.
Well not exactly Mississippi River tears, but a good male welt of the cornea.
Nat has been a pivotal person in my life who has been a great supportive friend. Now that she is leaving, its hard to deal with, esp that Graham hasn't been around either to top it off.
Nathalie is the most caring, maternal, fun person to be around with and I still gotta say the day she got married tops one of the best day of my life (1st is the Daft Punk Bday LOL). Whats fucked is I can't picture my life with out her love, cooking, her hospitality, her sense of humour, and of course motherly guilty on me. Its gonna be hard as fuck to not have that in my life.
Road trip anyone?
ps. The party was so awesome I was giving ppl toilet paper lightshows.
I'm glad i made it out, saw a few ppl i hadn't seen in months.
i appologise for having to leave so abrutly and and quickly without warning... living with two other gay couples can be hell at times... epsecially when they don't get along most of the time..

I dont think I'll be able to walk at all tomorrow/ today. I will be limping.
Amazing party, amazing tunes, Amazing weather, amazing volunteers, amazing food, amazing DJ's, amazing neighbors, & most of all- amazing friends. This party wouldn't have gone off this well if one of those components was missing. Only thing missing was Graham. 
Does anyone know who Liz Stembridge is? Cuz she apparently sent Rogers Cable over to film the party. I can't believe it! I guess I'll be showing up in a mini-commerical this week. NUTS!
Special touches to the party were Jenn's cutie patooty dog Rocco, and the return of Josephine! Boy, did she get a good grinding! Definitely had some characters show up this time... like that screaming black guy, for one.
Gonna need a dumptruck to get everything out of the yard. I think the new tennants will hate me when they see what's there. Especially if the racoons get to it. Holy....
Thanks to everyone who helped this day happen.
I will have to write more later. In the meantime, I need rest. My night ended on the craziest note ever.

My night was complete when I looked around and saw such a diverse and eclectic group of people with their hands in the air, tears in their eyes and big smiles on everyones faces - unreal
Nathalie and Graham - until we meet again, big love. Thank you not only for being wonderful, caring and positive friends but also for bringing so many of us together.

Ended up getting there around 7 and staying all the way till the end. Was nice seeing so many familiar faces and meeting a bunch of TAs. Awesome pre-party for Labour of Love.

WoW what a great party,every single DJ that played today blew my mind one after the other from start to end.( Huge respect to everyone who played today ).
I met soooooooooo many TAs today old school and new,wow so happy i cant take names but those who i talked to you guys all rock.
Nat your the best and thank you soo much for organizing this enjoyed every single moment of it.

im pissed off cause i missed this thing, especially after having my mind set on it. But as luck had it i had to work a double, it seems that the night time girl quit and there was no one else to replace her but me, so i had to work from noon till 2 am, and i didnt even make that much money to ease the pain...ill see you all at LOL though, those who are coming.
i wasnt gonna go but decided i would come by and see what this was all about. wow! great people and music together on the frickin street! i wish i had cool neighbours like that. my neighbours would lynch me if i tried to organize something like this.
nathalie & crew, thank you for taking the time to put this together and make it happen. its too bad that it will be the last one.
i suggested to swamper that TA should charter a flight and fly down to DC. lol.

I had such an amazing time with everyone. the VIBE was incredible.... just a genuine happy group of people all gathered together at once!

I had to work all day and night but ai TUNED in for a while and great fuckin' tunes were played. You boys rock it proper.
Sounded like a great time. Too bad I had to work. Maybe next year, if there is one (which it doesn't sound like there will be).
Just wanted to say a big thanks to Nat et al. for all their hardwork in putting this together one last time. Nat, you and Graham will surely be missed and I think it was a fitting end to a great legacy you've left behind here.
Also a big shout out to all the old faces I ran into, some which I hadn't seen in years! As well as some of the new ones I met for the first time.
On that note, I can now officially retire lol..
Nat, DC is getting a great addition. much luv! xo
