the 'legit' panhandler

has anyone seen this guy? hes always around downtown and he wears a business suit, slicks back his hair and always has a breifcase with him. he has different story everytime. the most comon one he uses is that he has a liter of gas left in his car, he has to get to high 401 and he lost his wallet.

we always get a guy coming home from work on thursday night around 3am with that story...same guy every weekend too.

I've seen that guy dozens of times.

Aside from his poorly tailored suit, he doesn't look like he needs money.

He's precisely the reason why I refuse to give my money to any panhandlers.
