Tiesto at JET Labor day weekend....
Back to back nights I saw him and it was the best Vegas trip I have went on not to mention I personally met him after the show thanks to My good friends that runs VIP at Ceasars palace!!
Any one else saw him???
Yup both nights and the music was incredible hands down!
Would have been nice to have a dance floor with room to move, but I found my personal area to enjoy and move to the groove Monday night.
Can some one please tell me he played the worst set Ever! I wanted to go soooo Bad on Sunday but there was no way

Not that it sucked, but you could tell that he was uncomfortable. You got a packed dancefloor, you got a group of guys right next to him getting Cristal non stop just to shake it and spray it on people, you got chicks passing napkins to him. He just wanted to do his hours and go bye bye. He started off housy and then trancy.
I remember hearing anthems like lethal industry, traffic, just be. Ferry Corsten's beautiful was nice to hear also.
But in general their staff is pretty strict and there were too many character's trying to look like hot shots. I went Monday night but from what I hear Sunday night was worse.
i went on sun night..and thought it was okay...not the best set. seems like when he is in vegas..he doesnt give a crap. it kinda reminded me like his memorial day set.
Went both nights. Musically Sunday was ok. Monday was amazing.
Sunday he look kinda tired and just not himself.
Monday he killed it, great tracks, Tiesto smile, lot's of energy and a way better crowd.
Jet - Sunday night the sound was distorted and I swear some of the subwoofers were blown.
I will say this, getiing into get was painless. 1st night I had the front of line pass, and they let all of us in first.
2nd night I got there at 12:40am, huge line. So, I went to the front to try and tip a doorman so I didn't have to wait. Then he asked who has tickets and just let us in.
All that was fixed on Monday, sound was pretty good, nothing to write home about but the way it should be. They have no sound coverage in between the bar and main floor (which probably has a capacity of 300-500)
Drinks $16 and up
---------------------------> if you could even get to bar!
8oz water $7 each.
The club was over capacity. In over 2 years of clubbing and going everywhere, this was the most packed club ever. I have never been that pushed and packed into the next person like sardines. Really bad, luckily Monday night after about 3 it thinned out a little bit, so at least we could dance.
I will not return to Jet. Not impressed, except for the LED lighting on the ceiling. Pretty Sick. But overall Empire blows this place out of the water. Especially with a Funktion-One. I am still wondering why Empire missed the boat this weekend. Nothing big there this whole weekend.
Just got home from Vegas, and after 5 days and only sleeping 2, I am out!
I was there Sunday night and I had a great time. It was overcrowded and a lot of BS to get in to that place. What do you expect? I thought it would have been alot easier, wishful thinking!!! It was pretty much a hustle to get in the place. Nothing is more annoying then Vegas doormen! It took f#$ken forever to get in even after i had table reservations. Its all about the $$$!!! Had to slip a couple of Hundies before we could even got to our booth. 4 bottle minimum of course but it helped avoiding the damn lines. 4 huge bottles of Grey Goose can last a pretty long damn time. I was about to say screw it but i had about 20 people with me and they all wanted to go. Finally get in and the place was just slammin. Watched Tiesto from the Tv screen in the backroom like watching a dvd. His set wasn't too bad. Just fun to hang out with friends and the Spundae crew!
I ran in to Robert at 6AM as I was leaving and Michelle and Kris at 9AM at Mandalay Bay on there way to House of Blues!!! Good to see you guys! It was a pain in the ass but good times!
