Usama Bin Laden... and other times, its spelled Osama Bin Laden.

An example, in this video, would be to examine every single frame of the video.
Say Al Qaeda has a pre-determined frame (or number of frames)for it's cell members to look for "The Message." Let's just pick 412-420. Say Osama is on the tape just talking nonsense about giraffes and Pepsi. From frame #412-#420, there appears to be a bit of static on the top of the bottom of the screen, which looks like its just the normal feedback associated with VHS recordings. (imagine it's feedback. MSPaint version)


However, looking closer, we notice distinct colors that are masked to look like magnetic feedback.


now associate the colors with a set of characters (such as green = "A", blue = "B")and you have "Hey guys, it's the Osama Hidden Network. Suck my cock, haha LOL. ANywyas, hows the weather in Cuba?"
