Well reviewing time.

Hello.

It starts out quite heavy, not sure how djs react to this with mixing.

First impression is that the percussion seems to be delayed much or just in some sort of rolling pattern. I know many people think more percussion is better, it's something that got hammerd to me as well back when i started on TA. But to be honnest, percussion with dynamics and ryhthem is more effective than lots of rolling hats/hits.

Even less perc and more synths is better for me but thats taste wise.

Filo and Peri - Elevation is a great example.

Am an SFX sound dude, so i must say i miss some of those in the start and build of your tune.

The track stays nearly the same from start to end. Which is a bummer. If you are really aiming for the standard uplifting trance, then try to build with some acid sounds and some arp. Break down with your pad and build it up with your theme.

Theme wise it's also the same as the pad sequence. Guess that was your plan heh.

Further good luck

I just gave it a quick go, yeah it's pretty hard if you're planning on sending it out anyway. Not impossible but a few bars of just percs would be handy

right, review:
nice pumping start and bassline, little more automation needed on the main synth coming in i think, and it sounds a little generic atm maybe? nice fat breakdown Tune starts to get a little repetitive after the breakdown, could use a sub melody or something

Cheers
Alex
