I really can't bear DJ Noise (Switzerland). He always plays just "boom boom" tracks, shaking his head at the same time. The tracks he loves and he plays contain no real music, no melody... Only hard basses. His mixing style is close to hardcore, but I don't know why he is always in trance or clubtrance floors...

My local Dj on friday nights, there will be 1000 pill heads aged
17-20 and all he plays is ABBA , STING , JACKSON 5 and all this other POP shit , everyone begs him for dance tracks and he says he aint allowed to play dance ? , wtf . coz everyone is messed up they dont care what they dance to as they is fine ass on the dance floor. it really annoys me.

Thoose "rent a DJ for a night"-guys that someone just picked off the street and said "Hey, can you spell CD ? Good, your hired. You got a "gig" at a prom.".. and then they can spend an hour just moving the slider from CD 1 to CD 2 in sheer amazement.

After their "gig" you find them outside talking like they own the world, telling everybody how dead vinyl is, that this brand new Philips kicks ass compared to Technics and so on..

Of the more famous DJs I guess I should say DJ Jean.. of reasons already mentioned.

M8, i also voted for DAVE PEARCE as my worst DJ, but don't say his mixing is bad, cos there's one thing he can do is mix!!

DJ Jean used to be good, and technically he is the only one who can rival Paul van Dyk, when he used to play for DD he always played these sweet ass sets with smoooooothh mixing. He just sucks when he is in front of a crowd.

in terms of international DJing I say Johan Gielen is pretty bad, that dude cannot mix and his track selection is pretty cheesy and weak IMO. But the worst DJ is definatly DJ Maximo, Ritmo, Jose, Melvin, Calvin, G-spot and all the other shite DJs from holland . Those idiots mix tracks in 1 second and play the most horrible cheesy ever

I'm sad to say this but I was one of those rent-a-DJ's at one point. But at least I knew that I was crap, but i was making money so it was all good. Now there are too many MC's around that think they're DJ's. They just play cd's from different genres without mixing really, thinking that using the fader is all there is to mixing and DJing. Those are the worst DJ's.
