The show last night was amazing! Huge turnout and Kaskade ripped it!

Posted by ZeeRobot1 on Sep-24-2007 00:26:

Mann way to rub it in I wanted to go did he play dirty south ?

Posted by exposureshow on Sep-24-2007 01:32:

it was a HUGE turnout for sure, great job Liqufied!

Posted by Xevious on Sep-24-2007 01:48:

Of course he would play dirty south... why wouldn't he?

Posted by DrewStylz on Sep-24-2007 02:32:

Dubfire ripped Kaskade.

Posted by spainj125 on Sep-24-2007 13:42:

Everybody told me Dubfire sucked....Huge crowd of course but the music was average.

Posted by iammesol on Sep-24-2007 14:54:

You have to have an ear for Dubfire. Hes boring unless you actually understand him.

Posted by DrewStylz on Sep-24-2007 15:08:

I know. A whole two people told you.

Posted by spainj125 on Sep-24-2007 19:04:

Well actually more did....How are you gonna say Dubfire "ripped" Kaskade when you weren't even at Kaskade?

Posted by DrewStylz on Sep-24-2007 19:08:

I mean it's Kaskade. He's terrible.

Posted by spainj125 on Sep-24-2007 19:33:

You are crazy....You weren't even here to see him live when he played at Eleven50....He was great!!

Posted by DrewStylz on Sep-24-2007 23:17:

Hmmm i recall you saying he was good, but from what I have heard played on XM, I've never been a fan. DUBFIRE RULED THOUGH! Jonathan and Alan were not paying attention or something! Here, have some skin. I've had it in my purse for quite some time.

Posted by Caution_BiPolar on Sep-25-2007 04:44:

So did the elves show up this time?

Posted by DrewStylz on Sep-25-2007 16:37:

HA. I did not see any slutty elves at Dubfire.

Ok I got to say, Kaskade was a good night. Wetbar was a bit too hot to dance in with my shirt still on, and for the sake of EVERYONE I kept it on and went outside. I wish they had atleast SOME sound outside. From what I heard and caught Kaskade ripped it, as always. His productions have not been as good to me of late because he went on this whole down tempo kick for a bit there, but it brought it back in true form Saturday night. I have not been to the club in over 9 months but it was a good show to break out of my shell to!!!

First time seeing what they hype was about at wetbar too. I liked it. Sure it is gay, gay, and more gay but that should not be a problem for true fans of the music... They have done a nice job with the outdoor areas, I wish they did not copy the booth setup from the Mark butthe sound makes up for ANY problems this club might have. I am thinking about making it out for G&D now!

That booth was set up long before the mark's booth was. It was designed like that back when it was still Blu.

Then it would have been a good idea to have changed it when the re did the club.

Posted by iammesol on Sep-26-2007 21:29:

Why? The booth is kickass.

The djs who play there freaking love that booth!

Well, doesn't this seem to be their intention?

And yes, I had to make that quip, I just had to. As for the booth, keep it, it is win. Especially now that the glass is gone.

lol, I had forgotten they were removing it. When I went to Digweed I assumed there was glass, but then realized I could touch him. I reached for a CDJ then realized what I was doing... luckily noone saw/cared.
