Hey U My name is keith knight i just registered with these forums hope to give myself a little promotion. i am currently useing bebo and myspace to post my songs on the net.

Welcome to the forums.
I listened to Evolution... I think it's a cool track, good sounds.
The arrangement is different for sure. I would have preferred a more traditional arrangement, but that's just my opinion.
I think there should be more stuff happening in the track. Pads, FX sounds etc.
Even if it's not meant to be a full on trance track, it could benefit from more elements to keep it interesting.

I'm a couple minutes in or so and not much has happened yet, i'd try to make the start more interesting, anything like a pad, melody progression, whatever. Personally i'm not a fan of the structure of the track, and the track all feels a little simplistic- try adding some more percs, a melody, some fx definately wouldn't hurt.

thanx for the replys but i personally wasnt 100% sure about the track kinda rushed it in the end just to finish it. its a bit diffrent from what i normally make. just about to start a new track right now. i am a bit chilled person so i sometimes go for minimal sounding tracks well minimal in terms of number of trance sounding samples sometimes just add a little more percussion to fill it out. but i am still learning. lol
