So...finally got my mix done after many many months of talking about making a mix. I decided to make this a straight up deep funk house mix as I've been really digging this sound lately (and it's what I've been mostly playing too).

just listened to this the other night. it's more chill than i expected? great tracks and mixing and everything, but didn't seem to have a lot of energy to it. i dunno if that's what you were going for or not...

still a good listen, but i guess something i'd chill out to, rather than get "pumped up" to. if that makes any sense

Yea this wasn't really meant to be a pounding mix. To be honest my taste in music nowadays isn't really on the pounding side of things. My next mix should be a little more uplifting and techy though.
