good forum for legal advice (Ontario)

Yea, I'm asking a lot about forums...

Anyway, I need a good online forum that is RELIABLE to ask for legal advice/rules concerning tenants/landlords for Ontario, Canada. I tried checking http://www.ltb.gov.on.ca/en/index.html but I couldn't find the info I was looking for.

Basically, a fellow tenant is breaking the terms of the lease repeatedly, and I've had enough. I want to make sure he gets kicked out, instead of "agreeing" to not break terms again (he's claimed not to do it anymore twice now).

Advice: Use local forums for local questions.

I don't follow.

You're saying the only way he won't get kicked out is if he pleads TI and says that's the reason he kept smoking?

kill him and his entire family, then plead Temporary Insanity.

This is valid in crazy America, I don't know if it extends across the border

Well I only sent him a PM with a link to this thread. It's not like I PMed him with the full fledged "omg be my lawyer plz sign here".

I am an insurance adjuster, which often overlaps with legal matters so I do have a lot of exposure with contract and tort law. Unfortunately, I don't often get into matters regarding leases on property, so I'm not equipped to offer any advice on this subject. Sorry.
