Beware, Scam!

I found a $12 charge on my online credit card statement today, never signed up for anything, etc etc

please be careful where you do your online shopping, make sure the website has a SSL certificate which is not expired!

waiting for CIBC to get back to me via mail, I opened up a fraud dispute today
trusting paypal only otherwise!

even paypal is shady. my sister lost nearly $1000 from paypal from her bank account. she complained and never got it back. it happend a couple years ago.

cancel this credit card after everything is settled, chances are somebody has your credit card on file.

as for online shopping, I only use Paypal or nothing else for online shopping.

when you use paypal you're automatically insured up to $2000 I think..

that's why she should have a separate bank account for paypal with limited funds ,

that's what I do to keep safe, and for reference, it's good to clear private info after any online transactions.
