Are you trying to say that you just learned how to learn better? Is that what you meant to say?

Posted by Rinster on Sep-27-2007 08:22:

i rarely got no cash in my wallet..

cant wait till tomorrow either, hate the idea of not being able to do anything..

Posted by Zild on Sep-27-2007 13:09:

Damn don't go and spend all of that in one place now. LOL

Perhaps learn to save a bit more as you'd be fucked in the case of an emergency. But I guess you can always run up credit card debt.

haha yeah i know that housing prices were going up over there for a while but i also heard about a month ago that prices were going down due to market conditions.

the last year or 2 people have been losing their ass on their house. and even now its kinda scary to go buy one cause the market is going down. but 5 - 6 years ago prices here were cheap and rising, you could buy a new house, get it built and sell it once it was built for 40 - 50k more than you got it for. prices went up a ton, but now they are dropping a bunch and no one can sell their house.

yes and I hate your weather...its too....too.....too perfect!@

haha yeah. when the market is shit there boy is it shit. arizona and nevada housing markets are so vulnerable. they are so dependent on the california housing market its ridiculous.

hahaha yes our weather is quite close to perfect! you could move here! *hint*hint*
