What the hell was wrong with ATTN? FAO is much uglier IMHO and it's one of those silly acronyms that nominalizes a word just for the sake of looking more coherent. Maybe I missed that memo that we were all supposed to start using this acronym now, but I'm sticking with my ATTN. So much sharper, edgier looking. FAO looks too much like FAQ without having a similiar meaning.

You are free to use any word you want. We are free to use any word we want. Why do you take exception to our choice of the word ? Are you afraid that the change will leave you behind and people will no longer pay attention to you merely because you are using out-of-fashion words ? Are you trying to drag us back to using this word so that YOU may still be relevant ?
Fall's Almost Over. Technically it shouldn't be used until November, but people just found it catchy and use it year round now.
