moog style bass with albino 3
I'm just wondering if I can get a moog style bass with albino 3.
I looked at the preset that I wanted in the moog modular V demo and emulated the settings in albino.
Basically ist's a resonance filter with a short sustain on the filter and the decay just ahead of it. (I'll post the numbers later today)
BUT how do i get the less precise analog distorted sound out of albino?
Since it's come so close to the sound that I want, I really DONT want to buy another VA to achieve a slightly closer degree to the sound that I want when albino is already very close.
Anyways, thanks!

maybe set a lfo to slightly modulate the pitch of the osc. analog synths drift ever so slightly in and out of tune. that would help A LOT to make the synth sound less digital and precise.

Really? Because I thought a moog had 3 oscillators.
umm i know they do. i said that the bass patch only used one though. a synth doesnt have to use all of its osc and usually moog basses only use one osc so...
Most of mine use more than one but this is a little off topic anyway... We've already answered the question.
depends what kinda bass u want.. but yea when i think moog bass i think single osc fattness.
