Hey guys, I'm working on a mix that's put into different sections, but I can't really figure out where Fire belongs.

What do you guys consider it?

I don't think it's trance..

Sounds more housey.

I like all of Ferry Corsten productions, his album LEF was good tooo.. and I just cant get enough of Galaxia.. it rocks! But I dont like Fire..

Check out DJ Tiesto - In the dark... very cool track too..

then I'll correct myself for elitist/perfectionist people in here by saying it's electro influenced dance music. happy now ?

@whoever said it doesnt have any of the trademarks of faux-electro; you're right. something that's influenced by electro doesn't have to sound alot like it.

well what remix are you talking about?(response to original thread poster) there's the d ramirez remix, the original, the rvdb remix and I think there is a flashover remix(not too sure). The rvdb version is very trancey imo. Even the original has elements of trance and could be used in a trance set maybe attached to somnambulist(mark norman remix)?
