Ishkur.com...gone?

Okay I know in the next couple days some of you are going to notice that www.ishkur.com is gone. If you don't know what I'm talking about...it's best known by TA for it's Music Guide and the Rave Captions.

Anyways, the guy that runs it is a personal friend of mine so I thought before someone started posting rumours here about why it's gone I'd just let you all know that it went down because it was costing him way too much...40,000 visitors a month and no sponsors will do that.

The site is at least a couple years old and was down once before?
I'm pretty sure I have the Flash file though on my HDD.
It was a brilliant idea too; although needed to be updated for sure.

Well the first time it went down it was to build this new site, and that was about a year ago. But in the past year it's this new site that's grown so big

umm...that was sort of the point...the entire site was supposed to be a joke. I don't know why people got their panties in such a wad over the stuff he said. Hell he parties more than I do, the whole point of the site was to make fun of everything that everyone else acts so serious about.

Find out how much bandwidth and space he used a month... 40,000 visitors shouldn't cost much.. I was getting 100,000+ near the end of the first year I had TA up and it was all on a free hosting place...
