Global DJ Broadcast Launches World Tour

Global DJ Broadcast and Markus Schulz announce GDJB World Tour

From its humble beginnings in 2002 through to the present day, the ethos of Global DJ Broadcast has remained integral throughout to deliver a unique and accurate representation of electronic music from all corners of the world.

Over five years later, and with the show gaining radio affiliates by the week, Markus Schulz is preparing to undertake the next step to truly propel the show to a global scale, literally.

Welcome to the concept of the Global DJ Broadcast World Tour.

Starting in November 2007, Markus Schulz will attempt to describe the cultural and social differences through his live gigs, and broadcasting them on Global DJ Broadcast. Every 1st Thursday of the month will now be known as the GDJB World Tour show, with Markus sets emanating from the biggest and best clubs, in the sexiest locations, across all five continents.

To kick off proceedings, Markus first stop in the GDJB World Tour will find himself in Asia. Following a successful tour schedule in China last year, he returns for a 4 day stretch, aiming to deliver his trademark dark and brooding sounds to a relatively new audience. The first gig on the tour, from Shanghai, shall be the first GDJB World Tour recording.

Looking ahead, in December, Buenos Aires in Argentina receives the GDJB World Tour treatment, thus showcasing the diversity of cultures from Asia to South America from show to show.

Despite differing cultures, races and language barriers, music unites the world, and the GDJB World Tour aims to highlight that fact. It is a very exciting prospect for Markus, and he invites his listeners to join him on the journey.

Get your passports ready, this will be a fun ride

Just wondered if you were a spammer or a genuine idiot who was suckered into doing this. Whatever they are paying you, it's too much.

All I am doing is passing on information that some people on the forum might find useful. If one person found it useful or informative then I am happy enough.

So you're not even trying to hide the fact that you're a paid spammer? Because that's what they usually tend to do.

Props for the honesty.

Oakenfold had a good thing going there in 99, didn't he?

One man's spam is another man's news.

Do you get paid to bitch all day everyday or are you just that much of a loser that you don't get offline to experience real things in life?

Shortly after this announcement, TigerClaw was spotted at a local Costco buying what seemed like 300,000 boxes of Kleenex.

god damn what is your problem? you rarely ever have anything constructive to say about anything or anyone...all you do is put people down, and try to think of witty remarks to say at other peoples comments.

So does this mean hes goin back to his 02-03 sound?

It's good to know people still follow my posting habits more closely than I do.

All right then.

I'm not particularly fussed about the whole 'tour' idea, but the fact that a new live set will be broadcast monthly is cool

Posted by sweetcandy girl on Oct-04-2007 15:25:

Love is in the air

I like the idea. I have a few sets that where recorded and I was there for the show. Brigs back those memories
