How do you replace earpads on 7506s?

I finally ordered myself some replacement earpads for my mdr 7506s. My original ones are shredded.

I have no idea how to change them, though. Is there some trick or method by which to do it? Do I need to disassemble anything? I honestly have no idea.

I'm sure one of you has done this at some point, so share the knowledge

This link isn't using standard 7506 pads but hopefully it'll be of some use to you anyway.
