Bart Claessen - First Light..... song of the year?

I heard this song in a PvD set some days ago, and it was amazing, this is that kind of song that as soon as you listen it, you know that is a smash hit...

frankly there's a lot of good stuff out in many different genres this year. picking just one out of all of them, or labeling a specific track as #1 of the year is just plain stupid and ignorant.

are you serious? this is the shittiest bart claessen song I've ever heard. I always thought he made some pretty solid trance but this song sucks.

listen to his bootleg of Need To Feel Loved, for starters

When Morning Comes, Playmo, also his remix of signalrunners Aria Epica. He's not a bad producer. But those vocals just ruin the track.

his remix of aria epica is great, but I think that First Light is his best work. If you don't like the vocals, you can wait until the Dub mix is out, but I personally think that the vocals of this song are perfect.

If this song sound like his bootleg of Need To Feel Loved, this is not reason to say that is not a great song.... for example, almost everything that makes Dj's like Sean Tyas and John O'callaghan have the same sounds, but they make goods songs, right??

yes. Exactly. the track isn't even from this year originally.

And by bashing this track, we are not bashing "trance", so calm the fuck down. I love trance music. Just not whiny male vocals. You guys can't honestly like this. Do me a favor and listen to his needs to feel bootleg. It's the SAME exact song with really really good vocals from a song which is basically a classic in my book.
