Out of curiosity what made the universe ???
The question on universe is making me go crazy. Out of NOTHING how was SOMETHING created that ultimately gave birth to such huge planets and us. Have you ever pondered about the void, the null and then us human beings ?? Think as a distant planet, what do you consider?

Didn't NASA discover a planet that was capable of having similar Earth-like traits?
Oh and on topic, we probably never will. Atleast not in our lifetime, but most likely not in humanities existence as I don't really see humans surviving more than another 200 years tops (if that).

In theory a super massive time rift created the known space time we live in.
I mean and this is a theory, is that we are right now inside of a super massive black hole. The edge of the known universe is the Event horizon.

I didn't resize them on purpose.
Perhaps you should not ask "How did something come from nothing?" and work under the assumption that the material that make up our universe has always existed in some for or another.
Since science shows we can not create or destroy matter, only changes its form, then perhaps the same is universally true.
The big bang might have been the beginning for our universe, but not the beginning of the existence of matter.

Don't kill me if I'm wrong (OMEGA M), but doesn't Hinduism teach that the universe is eternal, and it repeats in cycles. This would make sense, if the universe has a big bang, expands, then contracts, and has a big bang again. No need for it to have a true beginning
The "rubber band" theory of the universe is currently out of favor with cosmologists.
