I'll be there as well .

Finally going back to San Fran and to an actual CLUB! Hope to see the whole SFTA crew out there. You guys were super awesome my first time there.

Ill be in the house for this one, Dyloot usually packs the house, and I brough Thomas Datt in a few months ago for a guest set.

Needless to say, he fuckin rocked the shit outta the club.

Good to see Skills is in the house too.

I remember the days (I think DaveT can too) where me an friends wouldnt know which day to go to 1015 because both parties were slammin. with the lineup and how parties are looking now, Im sure 1015s back on its way to that.

Times have changed now, and so has the club. I agree with Rizo on this, this is a good lineup and should be an awsome party.

I say, if theres room, add Kristina Sky to the lineup. She played awsome with Martin Roth out here, and kinda got the short end of the experience of the club that night, considering they both were competing with Daft Punk.

What is going to make a difference is promotions, and support from local TA's who'll come to the event. I know Ill be there, but thats because I have a love for local talent and Discover Djs like Thomas.

I think that the local talent San Francisco has is amazing, not just saying that cause I dj and stuff.. I think some of you can remember catching me back in the old days at a skills event, spundae or maratime hall rave of some sort...

It is happening now, I mean look at Local Love. Ive heard alot of people say like its a concert every weekend. Every weekend there is some talent at the club. Plus, most of us go to the club every weekend so its more fun.

Blurr is right about the promotions. One of the reasons the crowd was sparce for Roth/Sky was because the promoters did a terrible job of promoting it. I heard them say it themselves.

we had Rober Nickson @ RED before. hell of a good guy. brings in a great crowd and above all a super nice guy

IMO it wasn't just cause of Daft Punk (it ended early anyway way before Martin or Kristina got on the decks as I went to both ) but because of Gharam's following is mostly 21 & under, "ravers" -- just look at his previous party w/ K&A. I can't comment on promotion but I believe what Andrieux said

friday nights in general are very hard for 1015 to succeed with. there's just no friday night following for the club cause it's so off-the-wall from week to week. thus if you have a friday party there, you better promote the living shit out of your event because the only people who are gonna show up are the ones you tell to. imo

For me, any party at the club regardless if I am playing or not Im gonna promote it. Any venue I am playing at Ill promote.

There are a good handfui of Djs I see do this at the 1015, we need every dj to do it though. John Beaver I've seen out there when im out myself on promotion or flyer runs.

Also, the weekend before lovefest, The mainroom I noticed was suprisingly packed when Dyloot was on. I was happy to see so many people there, expecially since dyloot has always been someone ive looked up to in the rave scene.

Alot of us realize and know the history of the club to give a damn, which makes coming out every weekend all the better for me. besides, I dont like carpeted dancefloors.

What drives me to promote is, imagining playing to an empty room. At any venue, that would definitely suck.

Fridays are getting better, I personally cannot wait for this party to come about.

Im hoping to meet more TA's at our events, expecially LATA's, ive only met a few like DjGilla and Fei Fei.

Thomas Datt recently turned INCOGNITO and its was an all out blast hearing him spin!

More like two weekends before...but, that was a Saturday night. Saturdays are not Fridays. Lots of people go out on Saturday [to Ten] regardless of who is playing. The same simply cannot be said for Friday (and this isn't a Ten15 thing, it's a SF thing). Expecting a certain attendance based on what you saw on a Saturday night when the vent is on a Friday night is like comparing apples and oranges.

With that, Skills events at Ten15 have been somewhat hit or miss in regards to attendance in the past. I've seen real good attendance on some nights, while on others I'm like "where is everyone...." because the DJ deserves a crowd.

I also know (well, knew) people who would avoid Ten during Skills events there because they tend to draw the very young side of the 21+ crowd (ie. a little bit of the raver scene). I'd usually suck it up if I liked the headliner and go although in a few cases I really wanted to stab half the people there. Felt like I was at monster massive once with the random questions the youngies were asking me, lol.

Martin def deserves a crowd. He's worthy of it. But it's just so difficult to throw parties on Friday's now. And especially at Ten15 where Friday night parties have been so irregular there that you really can't expect any walk-by crowd who just decides to Ten15. I think some promoters who have thrown Friday night events have expected this in the past w/o much success.

With that, I really do hope this night goes off well. This is largely gonna have to be a word-of-mouth convicing to attend type of attend because of the late promotion for it plus there's no DJ playing that just some casual clubber will instantly recognize.

I hope to atleast hang out with all the TA's again. S.F. was one of the best party nights of my life. Regardless of the sketchy crowd at Popsicle 9
