Need help ID'ing song

I found this Cd in a car back in 2002 that was labeled "trance traxx 2000". Track 7 or 8 had l'esperanza as the song but the track i need help with sounds like the guy is saying "ma tuk tu thou ma tuk tu thou mas codect da testo pas". I looked on discogs and the track listings didnt show l'esperanza as one of the tracks. The CD is now lost. This song keeps popping into my head i would like to track it down somehow.
