Will probably find better quality videos later on today
They had the first show at 9h30 sold out...
So many people were asking for tickets that they announced a second show for 12h30
SOLD OUT lol
We went at 12h30 me and vermz
LOTS LOTS LOTS of young kids
Very american apparel emo / electro style kinda crowd
Lots of bodysurfing, lots of trashing in front, lots of people throwing beers / watter bottles from upstairs / from the crowd
The guy opening wasnt bad, busy p
Their show was like an hour and 10 minutes long
Nice lighting
Setup was fun
Good sound
Very hot inside
It was worth 25$, but wouldnt pay more
They played all their hits / remixes and some boyze noyze stuff
Decent night, i dont get why nobody did an afterparty, there was 2000 people outside waiting for someone to say...
HEY WE'RE ALL GOING TO THIS GUY'S PLACE .... lol
Good to see shawn with his cross wtf and paskal
it's crazy that Justice attracted 5 000 people
they sound much harder and better live than on the CD which I like only 5 songs out of 12, but live they sounded all great
phantom part ii + the remix of boys noize and we are your friend + waters of nazareth =
in your face
but after 45 mins it gets repetitive because they are always using the same sound and they are doing too many french touch tricks a la delay on kicks and hi-passes
still...its in my top5 nights this year especially because of the good vibe, lights, set up (Metropolis never disappoints) and the crazy fluo kids screaming, thrashing, body surfing, throwing bottles/beer and even an empty skyy vodka bottle on the crowd lol
i love electro chicks

there was an afterparty up at van horne and parc, but i didnt go
thought the show was good, but not amazing
considering these guys are hugely influenced by daft punk im gonna compare it to the daft punk show and say that daft punk was 10 times better.
too many american-apparel-west-island-wannabe-hipsters
saw them back in march and the vibe was better, they did a DJ set instead of live pa, played more techno, more obscure stuff, more improvised. this set seemed too programmed.
why does everyone hate the west island?
cuz its an ass crowd

Master of Puppets 150 BPM at the end of the 9:00 show
it was sick
great show
lol
you arent even from mtl greg!!! :PPP
Had a great time at the second show.
Great vibe, party atmosphere. Kids on fire, though most of them don't know how to take drugs and were extremely annoying after the show when trying to get our coats back....
Glad I had a great spot, further back from the the crowd, where we could see very well, had space and it wasn't too hot, with Louis, Vermz and my crew. Made a huge difference in my appreciation of the show.
Justice played all their best tracks in a good flow. A few cool remixes (d.a.n.c.e and never be alone), and non stop banging beats.
Lighting was ok, it's a cool little set-up.
Metropolis is perfect, love that place, but next time, they will have to play at a bigger venue.
8.5 on a scale of one to Daft Punk.
i hate my life for not going to this
