Mate, it has pretty much every genre of dance music catered for including the ones you mentioned at the start. So if you don't like what you've heard, then either you are explaining what you want to us very poorly or you haven't properly listened to the different stations Itunes has to offer.

I like iTunes...

Granted, I use Winamp for quick playback, but managing a music library, burning CDs, etc, I do in iTunes.

Defenitly techno.fm 7 channels including a "live" (all genres) channel and they play sets a lot not just single songs(very important IMO). Also the sets I've heard have so far been pretty good from what I've listened to on the psy/techno/d'n'b channels... I'm sure their house and electro channels are just as good.
