Chemistry...

I'm not asking for anyone to do my work...just wondering if anyone knows some good chemistry websites to help me brush up on the basics.

Mainly Structure of the Atom and Bonding.

And yes I am aware Google is my friend (Not Googly...dont get your hopes up mate )

We're starting on Organic chemistry soon.
Yeah its just general bonds. Covalent, Polar Covalent, Hydrogen and Ionic.
Also Atom energy levels and shapes of orbitals i'm having troubles with.

For my degree I have to do a few modules in Chemistry...pass mark 40%...i'll be lucky to get that...i just dont get chemistry

Yeah its 40% minimum and depends on how my Biology goes. But i've had 3 tests in that so far that count towards my final grade and have got 100%, 85% and 95% so thats nothing to worry about.

Thats weird you asked that because I'm brushing up on the exact same thing for an exam tonight. I *might* be able to help you out with a few basic questions if you can be specific. This is all like new to me since I never took Chem in high school so I can't promise anything tho.

How did you manage getting out of chemistry in high school?

Wasn't required. I had to take 3 years of science. Frosh was required 'Science 9' and biology was required sophomore year. Then you could choose either chem or physics. I went with the latter.
