It really hard to pick a favourite. I enjoy most if not all of the comedians previously mentioned.
However the single routine that sticks out most in my head for killing me with laughter is:
Chris Rock - "Bring the Pain" (10yrs old now, but still relevant. material often immitated)
Anyways, obviously richard pryor is classic (go back and watch his 2 live stand up vids if you havn't) but I think George Carlin is right there with him. He's like a 100 yrs old and still funny. "seven words you can't say on T.V" was GOLDEN when I first heard it (i was 12). His commentaries on life, religeon, relationships, modern america are always on point (with my views anyway) and he is EXCELLENT with his wordplay. I even think he is funny looking.
george carlin ftw.
Bob Saget
Chris Rock
Have any of you seen the Aristocrats?
FYI It's hilarious
Pablo is pretty funny!
My favs are:
JEFF ROSS:
RICKY GERVAIS:
JAMIE FOX destroying some guys career: Watch the whole clip.
Dave Chapelle & Russel Peters.

Rowan Atkinson
Not exactly a stand up, but his live show clips are just hilarious
First part and last part is a riot

He gives a sermon about Jesus's miracle at Cana. Hilarity ensues
Rowan Atkinson playing a cruel schoolmaster

Hands down top: Eddie Izzard.
After that Mitch Hedberg and early Bill Hicks (his later stuff gets a little old and crazy creepy).
