I don't believe it for a single bit.
That article is too inaccurate to be true.
It says people die from HIV. They don't.
They get AIDS from HIV and then they die from usual diseases thanks to lack of immunity.
In serious news like these I expect a little bit more professional approach.

On a serious note if this works with longer living victims of HIV and maybe a more blaise attitude to HIV. Can we expect a huge rise in the percentage/number of people with HIV? I'd assume so eh?
