K so it totally doesn't, but i havent laughed this hard at a 10 second clip in a really fucking long time, probably since i first saw rejected

anyways, recently the daily show put up all their archives online and people over at somethingawful were posting their favorites. a common link was people trying to find a clip of a german kermit the frog. took a while, but someone finally found it. it's from a bit about how (true) a german media giant bought the muppets, but then went through other troubles and were looking to sell. and, for some reason, the crew at the daily show decided to make a mock up of what a german kermit sketch would be like....circa world war 2...or something. anyways, here it is
