What the fuck there's new rules this year? When the hell is daylight savings for ppl on the east coast and when do I set my clock back?

It's the 4th. I am getting married that day and have to makes sure people will not be getting there an hour early... even though Hawaii doesn't deal with daylight savings... they may still change based off of where they are from.

I think people are confused. You will set your clock the night of the 3rd when you goto bed, but it doesnt officially change until the morning of the 4th.
