Satan (eek!) Evil Laughing ClownTechno Song

The track start out with a tune that sounds like circus musik/ice creame truck/jack in the box kind of tune...

then this evil clown voice start talking and when the bass hits he start laughing uncontrollebly...

Only Thing i Found That Reminds Me Of It Is Deepack-The Prophecy kind of got the same tune and voice.... Plz Help
