buying a phone on ebay...

are these sorts of online ebay stores legit?

I personally dont buy electronics off ebay. I just dont like that I can return it without a bunch of hassle/time wasted if its broken. Im sure others do all the time without problems, but I just dont like it.

I am not too familiar with those store that you posted Dino but, I can tell you that I buy from Ebay quite a bit. Typically I'm not buying from individuals but, from Ebay stores similar to what you have posted. I have never had a problem with any of them but I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS scope out their feedback first. Regardless if it's 100% I'll go thru and check a few pages of their history.

Summary: My experience with buying NEW IN BOX items from Ebay stores has been very positive.

P.S. - I do not like LG.

phone is the pwn and for the price, cannot be beat imo...

Lol it's nothing to do with that phone, LG is an appliance competitor with Whirlpool. I understand that people are typically very happy with their phones.

look at sony ericsson phones

there are some good ones in your price range

i got a samsung SGH-D807 a couple of months ago love the metal trim and that it has a micro sim slot.

Most of them are legit. Look at their feedback score. Make sure its really really high.

I bough my SE K800 on eBay, its fine.
