[Review] Sasha & Three @ Love

This is what it's about, this is how it should be done from now on. Last night I had a blast even though I left way to early (got to be responsible!). Sasha rocked it, he's on a roll! If anyone can book him before the end of the year to have a full on Sasha set I'd say book it now because he's dropping some classics as well as some really nice new stuff.

I want to thank Zack and GHB for helping me get in last night, I had a great time and am extremely grateful!

Great seeing the usual suspects living it up! It brought back some good old days and some good old fun.

Sasha @ Love on a Saturday night with advance ticket sales once again!

I received 2 texts shortly after 10 from a couple of friends who had just go in.. I was living through them.

I can't wait to read the stories...

Sasha opening set. Love system. 3 hours. 20 people. AMAZING.

Thanks to 3 for getting this event together. Had to bouce around 12 but loved every min I was there.

best sound system i've heard since arc yet! was there from 10 til 2; sasha and three were just ripping it.

Oh, and they were f'ing relentless last night. Left at about 1245 (I think...I was drinking since 5), and the place was packed to the gills, but not uncomfortable. I got a chance to talk to 3 for a minute, and he's such a chill guy it's insane. Standing in the booth with Sasha ripping it was sort of surreal too

we got there a little after 9 I would say and it was just starting to fill up. Three was on and was already in the midst of bumping things up a notch musically.

We left around 12 or so, so I can't comment on the whole night, but I would definitely say that last night Sasha and Three played a more cohesive set than last go around. They both played amazing in the summer, but there was definitely an obvious switch up in styles when they would go back and forth last time...not so much last night. They played off each other amazingly.

all in all another great night. Can't wait for the next one.

Sasha Ripped it siiiick. I had a blast it was cool hanging with the usuals and was awesome meeting Alyssa and Sid. Unfortunetaly I left at like 3:30 so how he finished the set will forever be a mystery to me.

i'm so sad i missed this. sasha in an club like love with dj three! thats heaven to me. i didn't want to go though cuz i knew i'd party all night and feel like shit the next day.

now that i don't feel like shit the next day at work i now totally regret not going.

And Mike finally. And chilling with the usuals and not so usuals... especially nice to see Sid and Fran again after like a year. Weird seeing Groundhog man sans the Mrs! But it gives me chances to practice my nut punch. Apparently I need more practice.

Had a ton of fun last night, but am paying for it today. Stayed 8-1:30. My favorite part of the night musically was when Three first came on at 9ish and put on some melodic deep dark stuff... wow

I can't wait to hear Brian Toias review..I got constant text message updates throughout the night..The first one was at ten o'clock saying that he was hanging out with Sasha in the mens room...The last one was at three O'clock saying he didnt know where is house was....

i somehow ended up staying till close..big blurr on what was actually happend during that time i was there but was good hearing some dope beats. i think three out performed sasha imho. he was more consistant and had a better musical progression then sasha. at the end sasha was testing out some wack commercialish stuff which was kinda odd. i think they played till 4 on the dot with a couple of encores.

WOW what a fucking night.....if you missed this for any other reason than having to be at work Thursday morn.....you missed out big time. Music wise it was one of the best night out for me this year......Sasha and Three were simply amazing. Funny shit.....was taking a piss next to Sasha and he looks over at me and says "Is that an England World Cup jersey?.....rock on!" Then he turned around and some guy was standing there dressed up as the Lion from Wizard of Oz and Sasha goes to him "what the fuck are you supposed to be?" and walked out of the bathroom before the guy could even answer him.

most fun I've had in a long, long time. good company, good music. most proud of the fact that i made it home at a decent hour and worked the next day. fun and responsibility at the same time! (could've been a real shitshow)

Great party, as was the last one there. I hope this becomes a regular event. One of these 8-10 hour events every few months would be awesome.

Seriously, how do all of these review threads turn into "rip on GHB's behavior." You realize it only encourages me since I'm just playing the role, right? Sid, ask Daniela, I behave that way sometimes because it entertains me, even when the BOS is around. I have this fucked up thing with making people awkward sometimes. Sorry...
