has anyones cdj broken?
im thinking of sending it out this month or next month.... i have to pay to see whats wrong with it and then pay for them to fix it.
i just want to have an estimate on how much it will cost... is fixing it usually around 300 bucks... or are we talking about 600 bucks here?
i know it depends on the problem, i just want to get an idea of people who have fixed it.
A wild stab in the dark, but I'm guessing no one haas replied becuase you've not mentioned:
1) What model
2) What the problem is
well, my friend fried his 800. i understand the laser/lens and all died. he's yet to fix it, but it was like 300 to get it done.
Wow! I got mine fixed twice, and it was only $150 each.
I just got a call this morning saying my CDJ800 is fixed and ready to be picked up!!
basically, everytime i insert a cd, it'll try to read it, it will take as long as 5 minutes to load and then it just spits it right out!! Also the cdj would make a load louding sound too..
Anyway, it took around a week to be fixed, costed me 211, and then 30 dollars extra for it being shipped (i think from the pioneer service centre to the shop i sent my cdj to), and then u got tax on top of that..
im guessing it'll be around 270
