Please let me know your thoughts on him please!!!

'Touch Me' is probably Rui Da Silva's most popular song, spending 1 week at the #1 spot on UK charts, lasting a total of 14 weeks on the charts alone and selling some 300,000 copies. The soulful vocal, trance chords, and deep house groove of Touch Me earned Rui an award for 'best single' in Muzik Magazine Dance Awards 2001, as well as a nomination for 'best break through artist' at the Dance Star Awards.

We will being doing two special events with him in and around the GTA on Nov 30th and Dec 1st.

If it were an event type thread sure but he wants to know our thoughts on Rui De Silva. I say from what I remember he has amazing productions, and I want to know how he'd do here. Does he does livesets or a dj set?

i would agree with you, but the fact that he posted the dates that his company is having this event, it's promoting imo.

5 years ago when i kept telling people to bring him in and even tried bringing him in myself, nothing happened....he belongs to 5 years ago...i wouldnt really bother seeing him now to hear him play tracks from then which i would go to hear him play only..

hes even been to dubai but not here....hes a thing of the past...great producer but old

yeah he's an older name, but considering the fact he's never been here, i still think it would bring a lot of people out

Yep. Like Chicane...remeniscing is always good, especially since he's not been here before. It would bring a decent amount of people out.
