It looks like he doesn't realize and then ducks all of a sudden. Pretty graphic video. I haven't read what the situation was that caused this

People need to understand when shit happens, no matter how bad the scene looks. NEVER MOVE THE VICTIM. You could make things worse by moving em.

Shiet. Ya this happened years back at a Rave I attended similar to something like this... not cool.

This is another reason why I value Security Guards, and EMT, and why I dont mind being patted down before entering a club.

There are several in SF I dont regularly attend because they never check people.

Avalon here in LA never searches anybody, and there is alot of steroid driven testosterone in that club.

I saw the video very late last night, it was deeply disturbing with bodies lying dead on the dance floor, people running and screaming, blood, gun shots. Very upsetting stuff. I was on the main board and assholes are making jokes about it. Unbelievable.

That happened back in march 11 2007, Why is this news all of the sudden?

Umm, where are you getting that? In the dozen or so different sources I've read, they have all said Saturday, November 3rd.

If you knew about this since March 11, you could have totally prevented this massacre dude. You now have blood on your hands!

j/k

Oh, I see what you did. You misread European/South American date format.

It was on November 3 (11/3), not March 11 (3/11). ;P

There you go! Well this freaking sucks, am glad Vanguard is ultra tight about security cuz you never know man. I think other large scale clubs should follow that but god forbid if they give a damn about your safety.

Yeah shows you how unconnected some people are from reality

Its sad how so many are now a days...

I saw the videos last night. The first one is pretty graphic. I've seen shit like that happen infront of me during my party crew days. It's sad. It brought back a lot of memories. I'm glad the user removed the video, but I'm sure someone will post it back.

Posted by KarenLuvs2Party on Nov-05-2007 21:21:

I was curious to see.. so I found a diff youtube link. Seriously so graphic. Sorry to those that lost their lives. That's definitely not a way to die.

that is sooo sad, a girl i work with is dealing with that kind of thing too. She was close friends with the girl that got gunned down in Alemeda on halloween! =( its a damn shame......

Fact is that if you go to a club that searches you and you really want to get a gun or other weapon in, you can do it. It can be hidden. It's even happened at Ten15.

Metal Detectors are so much more important than people searching you if you want to try to prevent weapons. Ten15 did he metal detection thing (after that certain incident on a certain PvD night) for awhile, but haven't seen it around for some time. I wonder why.

Anyhow, again, metal detectors, to me, are much better in trying to prevent weapons from getting in because it can detect metal on parts of your body that security people won't touch. I like to see doorway detectors rather than wands...but still have the wands around incase the door goes off when you enter it and they need to check you closer.

Sad to see this happen, people getting killed in the midst of having a good time. What if Clubs employed the metal detector type systems found in supermarkets? Would those work?
