Any store, really. Target, drug stores, grocery stores... any place that sells brushes, makeup, and lotion will have a hair accessory section.

wait wait... by hair rubber band thingy i do not mean a scrunchy or crunchy wtvr they are called. i literally mean a rubber band that is big enough to hold my ahir back.. kinda like what futbol players were

You can find those at drug stores or Target or Walmart. Grocery stores might not carry those.
