I love the gunpowder,and i must get some yerba mate soon.Yes yes.I'm alergic to alcohol i think.I get weird reactions from it.

- chrysanthemum, jasmine and green teas
- guinness, blue moon, spaten, asahi, sapporo, old speckled hen, pyramid hefeweizen, dos equis, red stripe

water does it for me, but when i need energy i take 5 hr energy which i need to quit. that stuff has an abusive amount of b6 & b12 vitamins, anyone know any kiind of side effects of a longterm abundance of those vitamins can do to a body ?
