Anyone going to Dieselboy?
I'm somewhat obligated... what to expect?
I plan on going. I havn't seen him since POTD back in Orlando last year. Will the underage girl be making a cameo? Gotta roll up VIP though if you are goin.

I'm not sure if I'd enjoy the music though.
If she goes, I do not. I have no interest in DNB, but I promised someone I would go. But seeing as underage girl basically ruined the one night I had been looking forward to for eternity, and has basically caused me to swear off EDM shows, clubbing, and basically anything Liquified promotes for the rest of my existence, I think I'd rather chew my own fingers off than having to babysit that stupid girl ANOTHER night. 
My pride is already damaged enough agreeing to see this show WITHOUT the teenage army.

Dieselboy is the man. I'm not into d&b anymore but he's one of my faves. Long ago, I was deep into the d&b before I got into the house/trance scene. I love all those guys, AK, Dara, DB, Bad Company, Usual Suspects, Tech Itch. Dylan, Exc. I'm defintley thinking I'm in on this. Havn't been to a d&b show since Orlando when I saw POTD there.

I'm thinking of going. If I did, it would be the third time that I've seen Dieselboy. He did good performances in Charlotte where I saw him, but expect a "RE-WINNNNDD!" every 5 frickin minutes (it must be DnB's version of the breakdown)
The best thing to do with annoying people is to ignore them. I would still go even if the girl was THAT annoying!
Lets see... I've seen 5 Plant of the Drums.... see Dieselboy two other times by humself. So if I went, I guess this would make it number 8 for me. I made a cameo at the Red Door the other night where they were spinning d&b. Basically it was like shit from 10 years ago. I used to listen to a lot of d&b back in the day, but I was unimpressed. Maybe d&b is dead.
Underage Girl was our humorous proof that Armin Van Buuren must be quite shallow. Oh well, I got an Abercrombie jacket out of it that is still in the back of my car =P
The only d&b that I've really ever been able to tolerate (unless stoned :happy2
was Pendulum. It kinda sounds like Anime music on fast foward to me. But... I hope I have fun
What did Armin do to the Underage Girl? Did he touch her in a confusing place? That's so wrong!
Armin chose Underage Girl, AKA Obviously Underage WASTED Girl to drag back to some hotel in Perimeter to after party. Nobody knows if sex happened, and she likely wouldn't remember anyways.
... but earlier in the evening, Underage Girl elected MY CAR as her ride to Opera, left half her shit in it, therefore her friends nominated it MY responsibility to make sure she got back okay. I failed. Boo.
Seeing all the gorgeous, at least partially sober, over 21 gals who were also up in VIP, we've concluded Armin has to lack some class to pick the chick who can barely stand up straight.

Long story short, nobody REALLY knows how she made it home. But we were all kinda pissed that we spent the last half hour trying to drag her down, and she ruined the after-party... cause we really could never go to it, cause we couldn't figure out exactly where she was.
i'm going to be attending this fiesta!
