Minimoog emulations
After searching a bit, I found that there are some users here that own a minimoog model. I have played a couple of times with the little phatty and the minimoog voyager but it was on different monitors then mine so I can't tell exactly how it sounds compared to other synths. So I was wondering if some of you guys can tell me how Minimonsta and minimoog V compare to the real hardware. ( the emulations are based on the original minimoog which sounds a little bit different than the voyager and little phatty, but which ever comes closest is fine with me
)
The demo's can be found following these links if they aren't in your vsti plugin folder allready:

Thanks
i own a voyager and the arturia simulation is really really good.
There is also a free emulation called Minimogue VA and can be found at http://www.home.no/gunnare/downloads.htm
No idea what it sounds like compared to the other vsti, would love to know.
i think those emulations are good synths. but imho there's still a big difference between real analog and VA. especially on extreme settings with high resonance and fast modulations.
i've a moog voyager and didn't believe that there's actually still such a big difference. beside that i don't think a lot of people are able to hear this differences in a full loaded mix.
I love Arturia Minimoog. For those who want those deadmau5 kind of leads the Arturia Minimoog is a pretty good emulation and place to start.

i use the minimonsta myself.
like it a lot more than the artura version.
you can apply ASDR and LFO to pretty much any control on it.
