Nothing much. The penguins are just chilling as the glaciers around them are melting.

i always thought it would be kind of cool to go to antartica for the research aspect of it. the AF used to send people down there, but now it's all contractors.

sounds kinda neat - but then you look at the temperatures, and it's like -79F for the HIGH in wintertime. fuck that , i'll pass.

I'll pass, if I want to "feel the Antarctica vibe" I can visit for free the big-ass freezer in the farmers market my dad works in.

plus bring a fan. the winds on antarctica can reach over 50 kts on a normal winter day.

Idoru, am I tripping? The pics through that link didn't look Antarctic. I went through 8 pages, but a bunch of them looked rather like high density housing.
