Beatport is asking me to reset my password. And when I try to enter a new pass it says "Error Your new password may not be the same as your old password". It's fucked

I believe they reset everyone's password, and you have to create a new one with a certain number of letters and numbers.

Maybe try it with a different browser.

Edit: It looks like you might need a flash plug in for firefox.

thats how my cousin's beatport looks. go to www.adobe.com and download the flash player and reset your computer and it should work.

i have this problem as well.

i have checked shockwave/flash player and they are installed and functioning fine as far as i can tell.

has anyone managed to fix it?

Tbh, Beatport has never worked for me. I dont expect to pay for a track on mp3 and download it at an amazing 30k-40kb/sec maximum.
