Edit:
Nevermind.

No their not - not if created from a purchased complete track. It is the sharing aspect that is illegal.

ONn acapella4u they have info on how to create your own. YOu could try following their tips.

I think we can look through the fingers about that here, this also means that every remix using an acapella should be banned as well.

Hell, let's allow warez links while we're at it too.

If acapellas arent allowed, how can tracks using acapellas be allowed ?

Posted by AniG on Nov-18-2007 22:29:

i was just asking and wondering

it might even be on vinyl/cd somewhere where u can purchase it legally and then officially use it in your mixes.

it doesnt matter where it is, i just wanted to know if there was a possibility a full acapella IS out there somewhere.

what are your thoughts?

On that note, how can any unauthorized remixes be allowed?

Please.

No, I cheated my registration date. What's your point?

mr mystery...the real king of ta as far as im concernd

Posted by thoughtlessjex on Nov-19-2007 06:56:

They're pretty easy to get if you know the higher-ups at Armind.

Posted by T-Soma on Nov-19-2007 09:39:

You people really know how to drag out a thread? lol
I was just saying that in this case there is no official acapella and the way in which he is going to find it will have to be illegal.
Which to be on the safe side, TA can't facilitate.

Why do you people love to disagree so much?

They arent actually allowed. this site is packed with mixtapes containing almost full tracks of releases from any dates, so who the hell cares about acapellas for remixing ?

Why do I keep seeing them all the time then?

No idea where Vantaa is but I take it you dont do subtleties there

The words awash spring to mind.

And yeah as subtle said this site is full of "non-commerical promotional mixes" which AFAIK are not legit. But it's irrelevant really as have not found this acappella and I've looked

There's a difference about how passionately the labels feel about sharing the two though even though they're the same from a strictly legal point of view.

Because nobody cares.

This must be one of the most wanted acapellas in trance music, I even asked Dresden for it.. but i obviously didnt get a reply. you could try that.. if you got a very, veeery good argument you should have it.

It doesnt seem BAD to me.

Why is it BAD to use other capella?! I cant sell it using my own name, I will give it to the label that has the authority, and i put my (dj icanremixthisshit mix) behind the track.

Who knows someone will make a better remix!
