but then i heard it with acid & energy (and not 130odd bpm and it kinda works better for me. Montana has a great time ribbing it for me as I slagged atrc off so much but it just sounds better with acid lines & powerful synthage

| Originally posted by SMC Perhaps the cheesyness per se isn't the biggest problem, it's the complete lack of inventiveness and depth that makes the whole thing sound so shallow and meaningless. To each his own of course, but i just don't like it and i'm having trouble accepting the fact that i wasted 80 min of my life listening to it when i could have listened to let's say Human Blue - Electrolux one more time instead. |

Whirloop - Sky Mint is the clear number one. I'm pretty sure that was 07.
As for the rest, I have not been on top of the trance scene. The Blizzard - Kalopsia would be on my top five probably.

Capetown - Metaphorique (Original Mix)
Orjan Nilsen pres. Dominic Dominion - Black Mamba
Those, I thought, were kinda decent. Though I haven't been following trance releases too much this year, so I'll check some of the tunes you guys mentioned.
