trendy ear plugs...

i have been set a project as part of my design engineering degree and all that was given was to design an item of security!

So i imediatly tried to think of something to do with EDM or djin so i can have some passion in what ever i chose!
And i have come to the conclusion to design a pair of earplugs that will either be discreet or have a cool design...

so calling any suggestions for what you would like in ur ears or anything else lol!

Any help apreciated.

ye well they will be basically musicians ear plugs and follow the same engnieering and technology, however its the design of them and how they look when being weared to make people feel more comfortable wearing them...

make earplugs merge into huge knockoff designer sunglasses AND release parfum

earplugs that have earrings attached or diamond stud/gem settings

if you do the LED thing, make sure they make the entire ear glow. Since it's a relatively thin extremity it might end up making your entire ear glow a color.

this way you could have strobe ears. Maybe have some sort of synchronization with the sound they are blocking to show when they are blocking a sound above X decibel level

edible earplugs for the kids - those kids will eat anything!

Now that would be a cool condom! Not only you're having safe sex, you're also warning your potential rapemate... plus you can always plead "not guilty", being honest 100% - coz you did say "joo gonna get raped"... See, so there was a warning, no evasive action took place, therefore victim was asking for it.

be careful you're aiming for a pointless redesign which will add no real value to the object and because of it's non value added design will be rendered useless as an object and a pointential item for sale.
