PS3 Vs XBOX 360

So I have the choice of choosing either an XBOX 360 or a PS3. Im sure most of you will have XBOX's and will swear they 0wn but im after a Blue Ray Player anyway, and Its only a matter of time before these games are released

GTA4 , MGS4 , Assasins Creed which is now available on xbox i think ? , FS13 , God of War , Lear , Tekken 6 , + Many More

Also the PS3 is free to play online , but the Xbox Live is $60 a month + you gotta pay for a $99.99 network adapter ? Is this true ?

To be honest I dont know much about the technology within both systems and I dont really give a shit to be honest, if you own a PS3 would like to know your feedback, also if your an xbox owner why aint you buying a ps3 ?

First of all Xbox live costs 60$ a YEAR and no need for network adapter unless you have or want to use wifi.
Since you don't give a shit about technology and like to play games get the Xbox 360 its MUCH MUCH better for games imo.
Ps3 still has some catching up to do with its exclusives.

I own and xbox 360 elite, and im not buying a ps3 unless it has an exclusive thats rly rly good.
Also a plus on buying a ps3 right now is that you can get 5 free blue ray movies, and if you buy from walmart you can get 3 extra for free.

they're about even for playing games.
360's far better for playing games online.
ps3's far better for watching movies.

the choice is yours.

Have both:

360 = Better graphics and games.

PS3 = Free wifi and bluray that unless you own a 40-50 inch tv you won't notice the diff.

The only thing the PS3 really has something going for it is Metal Gear Solid 4. Outside of that you can all other games for Xbox360 and much more exclusives. On top of that the 360 is cheaper.

Most of you questions have been answered. You wont go wrong with a Xbox 360.

I wouldn't listen to anyone's opinions on this subject, to be honest. It's difficult to find any accurate facts amongst all the fanboy bollocks. Plus it sounds like you've already looked into it and are favouring the PS3, anyway.

Why can't real fan boys admit there system is inferior when it comes to what matters - games.

my roommates brother has both systems and an hdtv. the PS3 has far better graphics than the 360.

All previous GT games was limited to a 6 car race. As you can see from the video, there is quite a bit more on the track than 6 (Looked to be around 15-20 cars)!

well the cell cpu has some serious capability once the developer tools mature and the developers learn the tricks of the architecture. it usually takes 2 generations (around 3years) before a cpu's capabilities are fully realized.

Seriously all the PS3 games I've seen run at low res. Aside from F1 everything else is below par.

Graphics = Same
Faster Loading time: 360
Better titles = 360
Multiplayer = 360
Interface = PS3
Reliability = PS3
Movies = PS3
Control = 360
Future games = PS3 (Due to its horse power, I think in a few years when the 360 starts to peak on graphic power, ps3 will start to surpass it)

Agree, but...

1) Prefer the 360 one myself. Maybe just cos I had it first.
2) For how long have developers known what they would be making games for? The system has been in development for as long as the 360 (ok yeah more of a revolution than evolution but still). And really the 360 IS better just now at graphics.

by the time the ps3 begins to sell more than an xbox , microsoft will rush out another sexBox
